About you

As Activity Lead you will:

Have a friendly, kind, patient and compassionate personality, a passion for caring for the elderly and their families and be creative and enthusiastic with the ability to think on your feet to resolve problems. You will also possess skills of diplomacy to be able to encourage reluctant Residents to participate in the planned activities and equally important, to encourage other staff in the Home to participate as volunteer helpers for outings and other outdoor activities.

Some of the main duties of the role include:

  • Foster positive relationships with our Residents, aiding their transition into life within our care home environment.
